The Older Scout Program at Camp Lewallen is designed for Scouts in their fourth year of summer camp and beyond.

We offer two merit badges exclusively for older Scouts, they are Climbing and Whitewater.  BSA Lifeguard is also reserved for older Scouts.

In addition, we have special in-camp programs.  These will include Climbing for Ice Cream at the Climbing Tower, Iron Man competition, an overnight, a river float trip, shotgun shooting, water polo, and a road trip to S bar F Ranch to swim at Hucks Cove.

Spaces are limited for some of these programs, so see your Scoutmaster to sign-up early.  He has the information in his Camp Lewallen Leaders Guide (Manual Boy Scout Summer Camp 2006 - Camp Lewallen).

There is an additional $5 fee for shotgun shooting and water tubing.
