District Annual Dinner

The New Horizons Annual District Dinner will take place January 24, 2019
at the United Hebrew Congregation 13788 Conway Rd, St. Louis, MO 63141

We encourage every Unit to attend this celebration of Scouting in our District and enjoy food and fellowship.

Invitations will be available at the December Roundtable.

The District Award of Merit and Spark Plug nominations are due by the January Roundtable – January 8, 2019.

District Award of Merit

The District Award of Merit is a Council award presented by Districts. The award is made available to Scouters who render service of an outstanding nature at the District level.

Spark Plug

The Spark Plug Award is an award for an individual in a Pack, Troop, or Crew who is a driving force in their unit. It is an award for those who may otherwise not be recognized at the District level for their contributions to their units.
