R.J. Crunk joined the Greater St. Louis Area Council in August 2015. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of development and building community partnerships. Before coming to GSLAC, R.J. was the Executive Director of the Foundation and Vice President of External Relations for Mid-America Transplant Services.
Prior to joining Mid-America Transplant Services, R. J. spent 21 years with the United Way of Greater St. Louis where he had a proven track record of successful fundraising, program development, marketing and branding. At the United Way, R.J. was responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the community-wide campaign that hit record totals for the nine years in which he served as Senior Vice President of Resource Development. He started as an entry level fundraiser and worked his way to the lead position for the overall United Way campaign.
R.J. graduated from McKendree University with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Public Relations. He has a daughter, Jordyne, and a son, Dalton.
