Join us for a special weekend workshop version of the new Fishing Camp School training being taught at National BSA Fish Camp Schools. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn the BSA Certified Angling Instructor recognition.
The course is taught using the EDGE Method, in an effort to provide the graduate the tools necessary to design, develop, and provide leadership to BSA fishing programs offered to Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Venturers at a unit, district, and council level.
In addition, Certified Angling Instructors are considered to be great candidates for service as merit badge counselors for Fishing, Fly Fishing, Fish and Wildlife Management.
Who should attend:Participants should include Unit/District/Volunteer Scouters, Professional Scouters, Council Camp Staffers, Merit Badge Counselors, Cub Scout Day Camp Staff.
