Campground Reservations for the 2026-2027 Program Year
Put the Outing in Scouting and start planning your 2026-2027 adventures now! Reservations for Greater St. Louis Area Scouting campgrounds are open to everyone on July 1 at 9:00 AM. There is no lottery process. All reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis beginning promptly at 9:00 AM. Reservation dates will open for October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and can be made through our online facility reservation system.

Reserve a vehicle from our STEM fleet for your next meeting or activity! These hands-on programs make science, technology, engineering, and math fun and interactive. Each STEM vehicle includes activities like Sphero robots, Ozobots, 3D pens, snap circuits, laser engraving, vortex cannons, microscopes, Met Quest (Oculus) VR headsets, pop rockets, stomp rockets, and more! For less than $100, our STEM staff deliver this program to you. You will need to provide some volunteer support depending on your group’s size.

Nagel Base is home to the Equestrian Programs, located on the grounds of Beaumont Scout Reservation. The program boasts a community of horse enthusiasts and offers an array of engaging programs. We provide unforgettable trail rides, host private parties and events, facilitate Scout workshops, and conduct a thrilling summer camp. Immerse yourself in the equestrian adventures at Nagel Base, where passion meets the saddle.
