The Kaskaskia District covers Monroe, Randolph, and parts of St. Clair County in Illinois.

The Greater St. Louis Area Council is excited to welcome Andrew LaBrier as the new District Executive in Kaskaskia following former District Executive Jayci Fox’s relocation to New Horizons District. Andrew earned a Master of HR Management degree and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from Washington Univ. in St. Louis. Prior to joining the staff, he worked in the fields of grant funding, human resources, and hospitality management. Outside of work, he is involved with several community organizations, including the Freeburg Parks and Rec. Board, Freeburg Parade and Homecoming Committee, Autism Speaks, and Cub Scout Pack 8030. Andrew and his wife Amanda have two children, Henry and Cecilia, and two Labrador retrievers, Stewie and Archie. Please extend a warm welcome to Andrew!
