Adventure Summit 25

All ages of Scouts and Scouters are welcome! Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers, Explorers, adult volunteers and Scouting families are invited to attend. Scouts from other councils are also welcome to register for Adventure Summit.

Only registered Scouting America members are allowed to camp at Adventure Summit. All camping will be in accordance with the Guide to Safe Scouting. Cub Scout parents are allowed to camp with their family as detailed in the Cub Scout Programs – Overnight Exception in the Guide to Safe Scouting.

Cub Scout Programs – Overnight Exception:   Cub Scout parents or legal guardians taking part in an overnight Cub Scout program with their own child or legal ward are not required to register as leaders. All adults must review the “How to Protect your Children from Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide” that can be found in the front of each Cub Scout Handbook. In addition, the parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by a registered leader at any time they are with youth members other than their own child/ward.  All other overnight adults must be currently registered in an adult fee required position.

Since the cost to develop the weekend event is primarily focused on the Saturday program and event infrastructure, costs are the same regardless of whether you’re camping for the weekend or just participating on Saturday.

Campsite assignments are managed by each property team. Participants who register before April 1st will receive their campsite assignments by April 10th. These assignments will be posted online at stlbsa.org/as25 and communicated by each property team.

Meals are not included in your event registration. However, you can purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Saturday at two locations – Beaumont Scout Reservation and S-F Scout Ranch – for $7.50 per meal. These meals can be purchased through the registration site. Campers are responsible for arranging their own meals on Friday and Sunday, and all visitors to the other camps will also need to make their own meal arrangements.

This isn’t your typical camporee! It’s a unique, unforgettable experience with adventures at six campgrounds. While many activities are standardized, each location offers special attractions showcasing its unique features. Participants can explore activities at their own pace, capped off by a thrilling Saturday night campfire with skits, music, and demos. Note: Some activities have age restrictions.

• Nature and Scout Skills: Explore nature and hone Scouting abilities.
• Games and STEM: Nerf battles, bounce houses, obstacle courses, and hands-on STEM fun.
• Scouting History: Celebrate Scouting’s rich legacy.
• Special Guests: Local vendors, conservation groups, and wilderness experts.

There will be a trading post available at each location with Adventure Summit specific and GSLAC and Camp Specific gear available. You can also pre-order Adventure Summit gear before the event at gatewaytraders.org now.

All youth and adults registered in Scouting programs must bring their Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B) but keep it with leaders, parents, or themselves—event staff won't collect forms. Inform staff of any health concerns at check-in. Non-Scout guests don’t need a health form but must notify staff of health concerns, participate only in suitable activities, and submit a Non-Scout Guest Hold-Harmless Agreement upon arrival. Additional parental consent or waivers may be required for certain activities.
