The Greater St. Louis Area Council is looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to serve on 2026 summer camp staff who can help provide a fun, positive experience for campers. Camp Staff also have the opportunity to earn a college scholarship* worth up to $1,250.
If you are looking for a rewarding summer job, camp is the place for you. We employ around 250 staff for the summer, positions include directors, lifeguards, program counselors, provisional leaders, food service, administrative staff, and others. Benefits include:
- Salaries range from $280-$450+ a week, paid weekly.
- Camp Staff Scholarship* for all Camps for staff in college or similar continued education.
