Skilled Trades Summer Camp
Hey Teens! Come out and experience five days of various Skilled Trades.
This in-depth program will give high school aged participants the opportunity to see and participate in hands-on activities with the apprentice schools and visit an active job site.
The program will run from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm each day. Students will meet at Southern Illinois Builders Association and then take busses to the various location.

Law Enforcement Exploring Academy
Beaumont Scout Reservation - Emerson Center

Open to all young men and women, age 14 to 20 in the region. Come with your Post, Crew, Troop, or Provisional leadership is available for single registered youth. Curious on what careers in Law Enforcement are about?? Then you won't want to miss this 4 day jam packed experience!
Program Groups by age: 14-15, 16-17, and 18+
Role plays - examples: Arrest and Search, Traffic Stop, Domestic Disturbance, and Burglary In Progress
Pistol range - .22 pistols and best shot!
Climbing Tower - climbing and rapelling
Swimming Pool - it is July right?
Academy T-shirt, 17 hearty meals, and program materials included. Bring your own tent and cot, or we can supply to you.
