Each year, Greater St. Louis Area Scouting hosts the Eagle Recognition Dinner to honor the remarkable achievements of the newest class of Eagle Scouts. More than 500 young men and women who have earned Scouting’s highest rank—the Eagle Scout Award—are recognized for their leadership, service, and commitment to excellence. This prestigious milestone represents years of dedication, community impact, and personal growth.

In addition to celebrating our Eagle Scouts, the event also honors an outstanding community leader with the Soaring Eagle Award, recognizing individuals whose lifetime of service reflects the values of Scouting and has made a lasting impact on our region. This year, we are proud to recognize Mr. Bob Brinkmann as our 2025 Soaring Eagle Honoree. Mr. Brinkmann’s leadership and dedication to community service exemplify the spirit of the award and serve as an inspiration to our Scouts and supporters alike.
