Frequently Asked Questions
All ages of Scouts and Scouters are welcome! Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers, Explorers, adult volunteers and Scouting families are invited to attend. Scouts from other councils are also welcome to register for Adventure Summit.
Not registered in Scouting? Come check out Adventure Summit for the day on Saturday and see what scouting has to offer.
Only registered Scouting America members are allowed to camp at Adventure Summit. All camping will be in accordance with the Guide to Safe Scouting. Cub Scout parents are allowed to camp with their family as detailed in the Cub Scout Programs – Overnight Exception in the Guide to Safe Scouting.
Cub Scout Programs – Overnight Exception: Cub Scout parents or legal guardians taking part in an overnight Cub Scout program with their own child or legal ward are not required to register as leaders. All adults must review the “How to Protect your Children from Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide” that can be found in the front of each Cub Scout Handbook. In addition, the parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by a registered leader at any time they are with youth members other than their own child/ward. All other overnight adults must be currently registered in an adult fee required position.
- Unmatched Value – Your fee covers access to dozens of premium activities.
- Brand New Programs – Be among the first to try new program, never-before-seen at our camping events! These activities will be available at camp for years to come, but AS25 is your chance to be the first to experience them!
- All-Inclusive Pricing – Once you’re there, activities are included—no extra fees.
- Compare the Experience – Theme parks, sports camps, or even a single outdoor adventure activity often cost more than a full weekend at AS25.
- Memories That Last a Lifetime – This isn’t just another weekend campout—it’s an epic, once-in-a-decade experience built for fun, learning, and adventure.
- Support Scouting – Every dollar goes back into making this and future Scouting programs even better!
Since the cost to develop the weekend event is primarily focused on the Saturday program and event infrastructure, costs are the same regardless of whether you’re camping for the weekend or just participating on Saturday.
Campsite assignments are managed by each property team. Participants who register before April 1st will receive their campsite assignments by April 10th. These assignments will be posted online at stlbsa.org/as25 and communicated by each property team.
Campsite assignments are managed by each property's team. While they will do their best to accommodate requests, specific arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
Meals are not included in your event registration. However, you can purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner for Saturday at two locations – Beaumont Scout Reservation and S-F Scout Ranch – for $7.50 per meal. These meals can be purchased through the registration site. Campers are responsible for arranging their own meals on Friday and Sunday, and all visitors to the other camps will also need to make their own meal arrangements.
