Camp Staff Opportunities
The Greater St. Louis Area Council is looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to serve on 2027 summer camp staff who can help provide a fun, positive experience for campers. Camp Staff also have the opportunity to earn a college scholarship* worth up to $1,250.
If you are looking for a rewarding summer job, camp is the place for you. We employ around 200 staff for the summer, positions include directors, lifeguards, program counselors, provisional leaders, food service, administrative staff, and others. Benefits include:
- Salaries range from $280-$450+ a week, paid weekly.
- Camp Staff Scholarship* for all Camps for staff in college or similar continued education.

*The camp staff scholarship is available for current staff members only. A camp staff member must complete the entire summer the year that the scholarship is requested.
