The College of Commissioner Science is an advanced training program designed for commissioners and adult Scouters who want to strengthen their leadership skills and enhance unit service. It offers a structured series of courses, beginning with Commissioner Basic Training (Associate’s Degree), which equips new commissioners with essential tools to support units effectively. Participants can then progress through Bachelors, Masters, Postgraduate, and Doctoral programs, each providing increasingly advanced techniques in unit service, roundtable administration, and leadership development. The program emphasizes networking, practical application, and continuous learning, culminating in a thesis or project for doctoral candidates. Overall, the College provides a rewarding experience for all adult leaders committed to delivering quality Scouting programs.
