It’s time to plan another exciting year of Scouting! Below are all the tools you will need to plan a successful year. Units that complete this process with their District Executive prior to August 1 will receive
3% bonus commission on the 2026 popcorn sale!

-Download all of the fillable PDF resources below for your unit.
-Come up with a date for your unit’s planning meeting and contact your District Executive. They, or a commissioner, will plan to attend.
-Invite your unit parents to the meeting. This doesn’t need to be limited to current committee members or leadership
