Coffee sales can generate enough income to financially support your Scouting program for the entire year! Money from coffee can be used to cover the cost of camporees, pinewood derby races, field trips, equipment, badges and advancement, and summer camp.

Weekly Reorders
Place Your Weekly Reorder Here!
You have the ability to order more coffee in cases of 10 which can be picked up at your local Service Center. If you have any questions please contact Retha Taylor at gslac.productsales@scouting.org.
If you run out of show and sell product you can order more! You can reorder in cases of 10. Orders will be due every Sunday and will be available to pick up at your local Council Service Center the following Thursday or Friday or arrange for pick up with your District Executive when appropriate.

Coffee may be returned as long as the coffee is undamaged.

No Show & Sell returns will be accepted after TBD.
Use any leftover Show & Sell coffee to fill your unit's Take Order before returning coffee to the Service Center. Because you will order exactly what has already been sold to customers, there should be no coffee to return.
Limited exchanges will be available at the Cape, Decatur, STL, and Herrin Service Centers.

Final Take Orders
Unit Take Orders due October 21, 2024
Final Take Order Instructions
1. Collect your scout's order forms.
2. Return coffee that you do not need (see Coffee Returns tab for details).
3. Submit your final take order (ordering will be by the bag, bundle, or first responder donation - not by case)
4. Pick up coffee on November 5 - 7 (depending on the district)
Select a date to collect order forms and money from Scouts. You must place the unit order by October 21. Use the week prior to follow up with anyone missing and tally everyone's orders together. You will be ordering your coffee by bags not by the case.

In late November you will receive your unit's final invoice via email.
- Review the invoice to make sure everything is correct
- Get one check from your unit for the entire balance due made out to "Greater St. Louis Area Council, BSA"

- Allow 1 week for processing.
- After January 1st, any unpaid invoices will have a 5% late fee accessed.
You may also pay in person at your closest Council Service Center.
We recommend waiting to receive your final invoice before paying to avoid any billing discrepancies. If you accidentally overpay, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to process.

Your Scouts can sell coffee online anytime! For online sales, coffee is ordered by and shipped directly to the customer.
How will customers receive Coffee purchased online?
Customers have the option to have coffee mailed directly to their address.
How will Units get Credit for the Purchased Coffee?
Online sales will be credited to the unit on their invoice at the end of the sale.
It is important to remind those that purchase coffee to list the unit number and the name of the Scout's family so that we can give credit to the Unit.

Units will receive 33% commission on all sales!
Individual bags sell for $20 per bag. Customers will have the ability on the order form to choose ground or whole bean. We will also have two bundles and two First Responders donations available.
