Coffee Fundraiser 2021

The Greater St. Louis Area Council is excited to be offering a new pilot fundraising program! Coffee sales can generate enough income to financially support your Scouting program for the entire year! Money from coffee can be used to cover the cost of camporees, pinewood derby races, field trips, equipment, badges and advancement, and summer camp.

Why Sell?

Coffee sales can generate enough income to financially support your Scouting Program for the entire year!

Some of the great benefits of selling coffee include:

  • There is NO up-front cost to your unit.
  • Units pay for only the product they sell.
  • Sales support local Scouting.
  • A built-in prize program encourages Scouts to sell.
  • Coffee sales teach Scouts the responsibility and value of earning their own way.
  • Coffee is easy to sell.
  • Scouts can earn free camping at a Greater St. Louis Area Council camp of their choice!

How do you purchase Coffee?

Coffee can be ordered HERE.

How will customers receive Coffee purchased online?

Customers have the option to have coffee mailed directly to their address (shipping cost applies), or pick the coffee up at their local Service Center.

How will Units get Credit for the Purchased Coffee?

The GSLAC Staff will track all orders and provide weekly reports to District Executives, and Unit Leaders of each unit's sales.

Commission Structure

Same as the original campaign: Units participating in this program will earn 33% commission for each coffee purchase made that references the unit. GSLAC will issue a  sales credit in the amount sold online towards your final invoice.

It is important to remind those that go to purchase coffee to list the unit number and the name of the Scout's family so that we can give credit to the Unit. These sales will be tracked by the Council and we will update Units on coffee sold.

Below is a sample message: Use this on social media, email, text, or even record your Scout in uniform and send it as a video!
