Give STL Day, is a 24-hour, online day-of-giving event, designed to ignite the spirit of giving across the region. Since its inception in 2014, Give STL Day has raised over $13 million for more than 900 regional nonprofits.
This year, with your help, GSLAC is committed to make Give STL Day even more successful. Now, more than ever, Scouting values and leadership are needed, and we plan to highlight what our Council and members are doing to #KeepScouting during these difficult times.
We are sympathetic to the financial hardships caused by the current climate and want to make sure we are equipped to provide assistance to as many families as possible in the coming months. To Donate, visit the link below.
The Boone Trails Backyard Family Challenge is to further encourage Boone Trails scouts to backyard camp during this period of social distance and the virtual event will be open to all scouts. A camp manual and patch for this virtual event is being developed along with contests such as “Most Creative Campsite” and “Best Looking Camping Food Dish”.
